Key Responsibilities
● Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers to produce innovative
and engaging visual content for various digital platforms.
● Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop
compelling concepts and strategies for static and video content.
● Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from initial concept to final
delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
● Quality Assurance: Review and approve all design work, ensuring it meets the agency's
high standards and client expectations.
● Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and
feedback, translating their vision into effective visual solutions.
● Team Development: Mentor and train graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and
supportive team environment. Provide constructive feedback and encourage professional
growth.
● Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging
technologies to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
across various digital channels.
Requirements
● Experience: 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or
supervisory role. Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
● Skills:
○ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
After Effects, Premiere Pro).
○ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of static and video design work.
○ Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
○ Strong project management and organizational skills.
○ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
