Digital Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a Digital Graphic Designer for a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity at 40 hours per week. The candidate will need to be onsite on their first day and as business needs require. In this role, you’ll join the internal design team to articulate ideas and implement advanced creative solutions for multifaceted design projects. You will collaborate with art directors, cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver compelling work across presentations, social, and paid media.

Must Have

• Collaborate with art directors, cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to develop and execute compelling design solutions across presentations, social, and paid media.
• Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills with an emphasis on social and paid media marketing campaigns.
• 5+ years of related experience as a Graphic Designer with social and paid media experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience designing for presentations, video, animation storyboards, social and paid campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to develop creative briefs, mood boards, and image boards.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
