Must Have
- 7+ years of experience in CMF design for lifestyle products across diverse markets
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent
- Strong understanding of user experience
- Ability to analyze behavioral and aesthetic trends and translate them into CMF strategy
- Experience in sustainable and circular material innovation, recycling methods, and manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in KeyShot
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Strong communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders

• In this collaborative role, you’ll be part of the interdisciplinary Grooming & Beauty Experience Design team, working with Marketing teams to translate business objectives and collaborating with R&D teams and suppliers during implementation, always focusing on the highest quality standards.

You're the right fit if:
• You have acquired 7+ years of experience in CMF design for lifestyle products across diverse markets with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent design degree.
• You have a strong understanding of user experience, excel at analyzing behavioral and aesthetic trends, translate them into CMF strategy, and use them powerfully in your presentations.
• You are experienced in sustainable and circular material innovation, recycling methods, and manufacturing technologies, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and KeyShot; video creation is a plus.
• You are an excellent team player and collaborator, inspiring others to drive impact together, with strong communication skills that effectively influence stakeholders.
