Job Summary
Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues for clients by understanding fan behavior. They work with over 1000 global clients, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, NFL, Nike, and Amazon. The European Rights Management division has secured $1.2bn in sponsorship revenue. They are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to bring partnership campaign and activation concepts to life, creating marketing materials across various mediums.
Must Have
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Art-working for print and digital assets
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Great communicator as you will be working with a variety of teams on each project
- Eagerness to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different
- A resilient, positive outlook
- Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
- Graphic Design qualification or similar
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro
- Understanding of motion graphics and/or 3D skills
- Experience using Webflow or Figma
- Experience developing bespoke sales materials including print brochures, digisites and presentations
- Knowledge and passion for the sports sector

We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
To date, the European arm of the Rights Management division has secured $1.2bn in sponsorship revenue for their clients. Delivering some of the biggest partnerships in world sport for the likes of the All Blacks, the ECB, Juventus and Mercedes Formula 1. The Rights Management team is supported by a 60 strong team of creative, strategy, insight & ops professionals (20 of which are creatives).
We are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer. This role is perfect for an agile designer with a can-do attitude looking to grow along with the team, bringing to life partnership campaign & activation concepts for various brands and sports properties. Pulling together the best in class marketing materials across different mediums from print, digital to physical spaces and everything in between.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro (not compulsory but a bonus)
- Art-working for print and digital assets
- An understanding of motion graphics and/or 3D skills (not compulsory but a bonus)
- Some experience using Webflow or Figma would be beneficial
- Some experience developing bespoke sales materials including print brochures, digisites and presentations
Aside from these skills, we would love someone with the following traits:
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
