Join our client's dynamic HR Project Management Office (PMO) as a strategic and agile resource, where you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating project delivery and maintaining momentum. As a key member of our client's team, you'll provide immediate, flexible support to project managers, acting as a project "force multiplier" to drive efficiency and enhance operational excellence. This role is compatible with the Eastern Time Zone and offers a fast-paced environment where initiative and operational excellence are highly valued.

  • Analyze existing HR data and PMO metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform project recommendations.
  • Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and document functional requirements and user stories.
  • Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis or a versatile project support role.
  • Proficiency in presentation and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Suite).
  • Familiarity with LLMs (Gemini preferred) and automation platforms.
  • Exceptional versatility, resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
