We’re hiring for a hybrid role. Our client is seeking seasoned professionals to drive advertising solutions with innovative strategies that enhance brand presence and boost conversions. As a vital part of their team, you'll collaborate with industry leaders in a dynamic and expanding environment. This role demands exceptional problem-solving and leadership capabilities with minimal supervision. This is a hybrid position (3 days per week).
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the planning, execution, management, and optimization of comprehensive digital campaigns.
- Navigate both upper funnel strategies (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel tactics (direct response, conversion).
- Collaborate with account management, sales, and analytics teams to establish metrics and evaluate campaign success.
- Uphold best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Maintain meticulous campaign documentation in shared systems.
- Oversee daily campaign operations, addressing pacing and performance challenges.
- Craft and present media plans for new client opportunities, leveraging insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Foster relationships and offer strategic advice to both internal and external partners.
- Work with trafficking teams to ensure precise tag implementation and tracking.
- Advise sales teams on client performance insights, optimizations, and emerging opportunities.
- Address technical or performance-related issues during campaign execution.
- Deliver monthly audit reports and ensure billing accuracy.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital media campaign management, including end-to-end execution.
- Proficiency in media planning and a solid understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms.
- Expertise in bid management, optimization, and ad operations.
- Proven client-facing experience with the ability to manage issues, risks, and team communications.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis.
