Job Summary
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content Proofing Specialist to support seasonal catalog launches. This role ensures accuracy and consistency across product content, images, and tagging to deliver a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include proofing seasonal store catalogs, reviewing product images, copy, and tagging for brand compliance, validating product data, ensuring proper categorization, and collaborating with Digital Content and Merchandising teams to resolve discrepancies.
Must Have
- Proof seasonal store catalog for accuracy and completeness
- Review product images, copy, and tagging for compliance with brand standards
- Validate product data and images using online resources
- Ensure proper categorization
- Collaborate with Digital Content and Merchandising teams to resolve discrepancies
- 1+ years of relevant experience in QA and site proofing
- Experience/familiarity with apparel products / eCommerce
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good to Have
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and content management systems
- Basic understanding of digital merchandising workflows
