Digital Content Producer

This on-site contract role for a Digital Content Producer supports a leading financial company's Benefits digital content team. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital content, supporting Agile workflows by writing user stories and grooming backlogs, overseeing content accuracy through validation, and working with content management teams for QA testing and deployment. The contract duration is approximately 12 months, offering a chance to contribute to innovative digital experiences.

Must Have

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital content related to benefits services, ensuring seamless integration with customer-facing features.
• Support Agile workflows by helping write user stories, groom backlogs, and prepare sprint plans alongside product managers and Scrum teams.
• Oversee content accuracy through validation, including defining acceptance criteria and facilitating testing processes.
• Work closely with content management teams to produce and review content for QA testing and deployment phases.
• Ensure that features meet all acceptance criteria and are prepared for successful launch, utilizing tools like JIRA to track progress and documentation.
• Over five years of experience managing digital content delivery within product management environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.

Good to Have

• Experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Digital Asset Manager.
• Adequate understanding of content validation, QA processes, and automation concepts like Gherkin.
