Job Description

For over 30 years, Saxo has worked to make global financial markets more accessible. Today, we’re an award-winning investment firm trusted by more than one million clients worldwide.

We’re now looking for a Creative Automation Manager — a tech-savvy specialist who bridges data, marketing, and technology to scale how Saxo produces and optimizes marketing assets globally.

Sitting within Saxo’s in-house Brand & Design agency, you’ll help shape the systems, data flows, and automation processes that enable our global teams to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns efficiently and at scale. Working closely with developers, analysts, designers, and marketers, you’ll turn complex workflows into seamless automation that drives measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive creative automation development

Lead the roadmap for Saxo’s internal tools (Retool, Zuuvi, Bynder, etc.), translate business needs into clear technical requirements, manage sprints, and test new features.

  • Build scalable systems

Develop data structures, tagging standards, and metadata frameworks that support personalization, tracking, and asset reuse.

Configure and optimize creative templates and integrations across platforms (CMP, DAM, workflow tools).

  • Optimize performance and workflows

Partner with analytics and media teams to interpret performance data, run A/B tests, and translate insights into creative and operational improvements.

Identify bottlenecks, propose automation opportunities, and implement process efficiencies.

  • Collaborate across functions

Act as the link between Brand & Design, Marketing, and Tech — communicating complex ideas simply and presenting updates to stakeholders.

Train and support teams in adopting new tools, systems, and workflows.

Your Background & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, creative operations, or digital production within a global or complex organization.
  • Proven track record managing automation or optimization projects that improved marketing efficiency or performance.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Zuuvi, Bannerflow, Celtra, Smartly.io, and DAM tools like Bynder.
  • Familiarity with automation or low-code platforms (e.g. Retool, Make.com, Bubble.io, Power Automate).
  • Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical requirements (HTML, JavaScript, or SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative performance data to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, structured, and curious about emerging technologies.

The areas outlined above serve as guidance rather than strict requirements — we recognise that diverse backgrounds can meet the needs of the role, and we warmly welcome applicants with varied experiences.

What Drives You

  • You’re motivated by efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.
  • You thrive where marketing meets technology and enjoy simplifying complex systems.
  • You believe automation empowers teams to focus on meaningful, high-value work.
