Job Description
AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced Assemblers for their Plant 1 location in Brillion, WI. This full-time, 1st shift role involves assembling outdoor power equipment, operating machines and tools safely, and adhering to standard work. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35lbs, and work effectively in a team, contributing to daily production goals.
Must have:
- Safe operation of machine and tools
- Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
- Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
- Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
- Operates equipment needed to perform the job
- Strict adherence to standard work
- Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Capable of adhering to Standard Work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth

Job Description:
AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced Assemblers for our Plant 1 location. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
- Pay: Starts at $18/hour and you are guaranteed a $1/hour increase every 6 months until you reach $20/hour
- Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45AM-2:45PM
THE DAY TO DAY…
