Job Description
AriensCo is seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Custodian to perform janitorial duties and various tasks. Key responsibilities include daily cleaning and upkeep of restrooms, break areas, and offices, emptying garbage, and maintaining lawn equipment. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to standard work, and safe operation of tools. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $20/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Must Have:
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of restrooms, break areas, and other areas of the facility
- Empty all garbage containers around the office, shop floors and by assembly line
- Clean shop offices, paint, empty garbage containers, wipe off desks, clean floors as needed
- Maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow throwers, and all lawn attachments and the area they are stored in as needed
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Capable of adhering to Standard Work
- Safe operation of machines and tools

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate 2nd Shift, Custodian to complete janitorial duties and other various tasks.
- Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $2/hour shift differential for all hours worked + $2,000 sign on bonus
- Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours), 3pm-11pm
THE DAY TO DAY…
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the restrooms, break areas, and other areas of the facility
- Empty all garbage containers around the office, shop floors and by assembly line
- Clean shop offices, paint, empty garbage containers, wipe off desks, clean floors as needed
- Maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow throwers, and all lawn attachments and the area they are stored in as needed
- Works on any other special projects that are assigned
- Perform general house-keeping duties
- Safe operation of machines and tools
