553884 Assembler (Bothell, WA) 

Join our dynamic team in Bothell as an experienced Assembler, where you’ll play a key role in processing and fulfilling orders in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance goals.

Your role:

• In this role, you’ll support the production and distribution of Ultrasound systems by performing detailed assembly and order fulfillment tasks.
• You’ll work closely with team leads and managers to ensure accuracy and escalate discrepancies when needed.
• This position offers exposure to Lean Manufacturing practices, including 6S standards, and opportunities to build experience in SAP and logistics.
• Responsibilities include cleaning and inspecting Ultrasound systems, picking and packing orders based on Build of Materials (BOM) instructions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• The role is on-site in Bothell, WA, with occasional overtime based on business needs.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in order processing, assembly, or fulfillment in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Your skills include working with Bills of Materials, attention to detail, and problem-solving; SAP experience is a plus but not required.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re a dependable team player who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is committed to quality and continuous improvement.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Washington is $20.27 - $32.44 per hour.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
