Technical Support Internship

Opportunity to work in the technical support team providing customer service through tickets.

Your role

• Support customer service through tickets to clarify Tasy System functionalities;
• Perform internal simulations (tests) relevant to the customer's situation for resolution;
• Perform research in the internal knowledge base;
• Contribute to the management of area indicators, monitoring reports and operational governance, identifying and implementing improvement actions when necessary.

You are the right person if:

• You are currently studying higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy or related fields;
• You have an expected course completion from June/2027;
• You have knowledge in Office Suite;
• Knowledge in Spanish and/or Service Now and/or Experience with Tasy will be a differential.

How we work together

We believe that we generate a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members, this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and connect with others. On-site positions require the employee's full-time presence at the company's facilities. For employees in a field role, their duties are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at customer or supplier facilities.

This role is an office position.
