Job Description
Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift. The role involves assisting with basic operations, employee development, ensuring safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be high-energy, friendly, and capable of operating and troubleshooting technology to help take the store to the next level.
Must have:
- Responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
- Must be at least 18 years of age for Managers
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
Good to have:
- Prior leadership experience preferred

Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements (see the Job Description for full details):
- Must be at least 16 years of age for CSR.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for Drivers and Managers.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- (For Delivery Drivers) A clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- A friendly positive attitude at all times!
