Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, delegating and completing prep-work and cleaning tasks, managing orders from taking to boxing and organizing, and routing deliveries. The role also involves upholding customer and store image standards, managing inventory through checking in, dating, rotating, and placing orders, and assisting the management team with quality control. You may also be required to deliver orders as needed.
Must have:
  • Set up the store to open for business
  • Oversee/complete the end of night cleaning and closing of the store
  • Delegate/complete prep-work and cleaning
  • Take and make orders
  • Box and organize items for orders as they exit the oven
  • Route deliveries to delivery drivers and bikers
  • Uphold customer and store image standards
  • Check in, date, and rotate inventory from truck deliveries
  • Place inventory orders as needed
  • Assist management team with inventory and quality control
  • Deliver orders as needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to take constructive criticism from management team
  • Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to pass an MVR (driving record check)
  • Able to pass a background check
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in management

Job Details

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will grow to include:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to take constructive criticism from management team
  • Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to pass an MVR (driving record check) and background check
  • Prior experience in management a plus
