The Assistant Site Manager coordinates and directs operations, ensuring contractual responsibilities are met. This includes planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor/supplier contact, and customer relations. The role involves developing work schedules, inspecting facilities for compliance, managing inventories, and assisting with financial reporting and budget analysis. The manager also ensures a safe work environment, compliance with regulations, and acts as a liaison between the company, clients, and employees.
Must Have:- Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition for program compliance.
- Audit and maintain inventories, supplies, and equipment.
- Implement organization policies and goals.
- Analyze and facilitate budget requests.
- Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
- Maintain and report on financial aspects, including labor hours, overhead, and billing.

- Direct supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
- Act as liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
- Maintain contract and contractor status databases.
