The Assistant to the Chairman will primarily manage the chairman's children's education in Hong Kong, including academic planning and activity coordination. Key responsibilities also include overseeing residential renovation projects, planning family travel, and managing vehicle resources for daily commutes. The role requires handling temporary family emergencies and other assigned tasks. Candidates should have an associate degree or higher, at least 3 years of experience, and be proficient in English and Cantonese. Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and confidentiality are essential for this stable, long-term support role.
Must have:
  • Coordinate chairman's children's education in Hong Kong, including academic planning and activities.
  • Oversee residential renovation projects (supplier management, progress control, acceptance, settlement).
  • Plan family trips (itinerary design, ticket/visa processing, emergency plans).
  • Manage drivers and vehicle resources to optimize daily family travel.
  • Handle temporary family emergencies and other tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Associate degree or above.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese as working languages.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Patient, meticulous, and highly responsible.
  • Efficiently liaise with educational institutions, renovation suppliers, and travel agencies.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and reliability.

2. Supervise the entire process of residential renovation/remodeling projects (supplier management, progress control, acceptance, and settlement);

3. Develop family travel plans (itinerary design, ticket and visa processing, emergency plan formulation);

4. Dispatch drivers and vehicle resources to optimize daily family travel;

5. Handle temporary family emergency needs and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, with English and Cantonese usable as working languages;

2. 3+ years of work experience, with preference given to those with experience in Hong Kong children's education counseling;

3. Patient, meticulous, and highly responsible, capable of efficiently liaising with diverse entities such as educational institutions, renovation suppliers, and travel agencies;

4. Strong sense of confidentiality, steady, and reliable, capable of providing long-term continuous support for the work.
