Job Description

This role primarily involves responding to game players' inquiries and handling complaints quickly and accurately through various channels such as the customer service backend, WeChat official account, and telephone. The focus is on improving problem-solving efficiency, reply accuracy, and timeliness, with the ultimate goal of enhancing game player satisfaction by prioritizing user experience.
Must Have:
  • Respond to player inquiries and complaints via multiple channels (backend, WeChat, phone).
  • Ensure high efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in responses.
  • Prioritize user experience to enhance player satisfaction.
  • College degree or above (can be relaxed with relevant game industry experience).
  • Possess gaming experience and ability to quickly learn new games.
  • Love the online gaming industry and desire to work in it.
  • Excellent logical thinking and communication skills.
  • Good service awareness and sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive in identifying, reporting, and resolving issues.
  • Positive, kind, honest, down-to-earth, enthusiastic attitude with strong drive.
  • Empathy, valuing user feedback, and actively seeking solutions.
  • Love and understand online games, with knowledge of card and board games (Sichuan Mahjong, Dou Dizhu).

Job Description

1. Mainly through the customer service backend, WeChat official account, and telephone, quickly and accurately respond to game players' inquiries and handle complaints.

2. Highly value problem-solving efficiency, committed to improving reply accuracy and timeliness.

3. Focus on user experience, fully committed to improving game player satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above (requirements can be appropriately relaxed if you have relevant work experience in the game industry).

2. Possess certain gaming experience, able to quickly familiarize with games, love the online gaming industry and wish to work in this field.

3. Have excellent logical thinking ability and good communication skills.

4. Possess good service awareness and sense of responsibility, able to actively discover, feedback, and solve problems.

5. Maintain a positive, kind, honest, down-to-earth, enthusiastic attitude, with a strong drive.

6. Possess certain empathy, value user feedback, and actively explore methods to solve user problems.

Working hours are on a shift basis, alternating big/small weeks.

Three shifts daily.

Morning: 9:00-17:30

Mid: 10:00-20:00

Evening: 12:00-21:00

Morning shift has a 7 yuan meal allowance, evening shift has a 15 yuan meal allowance.

Core Skill Requirements

  • Love and understand online games, have some knowledge of card and board games (Sichuan Mahjong, Dou Dizhu).
