Job Summary
As an Associate Agile Practices, you will act as a servant leader to an Agile team, educating them on Scaled Agile practices and values to maximize efficiency and performance. You will coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement, ensuring consistent delivery of customer value. Key responsibilities include managing risks, mitigating impediments, facilitating Scrum events, and collaborating with Product Owners to ensure clear user stories. You will also work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scaled Agile effectiveness.
Must Have
- Act as Servant leader to an Agile team.
- Educate Agile teams on Scaled Agile practices and values.
- Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value.
- Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies.
- Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Work with Product Owners to ensure clear, concise, prioritized user stories.
- Establish and maintain open and clear team communication.
- 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.

About the Role:

The Team:
In this role, you will be working with a team of enthusiastic members supporting our critical technology systems and guiding our business partners & end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long term value to our customers.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Act as Servant leader to an an Agile team.
- Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from Scaled Agile practices and values.
- Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Guide the Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value.
- Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams.
- Facilitate Scrum events including, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
- Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency.
- Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to increase the effectiveness of Scaled Agile.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple Product portfolios
- Understand other engineering processes and methodologies and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/Enterprise
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Experience 2+ years as a Scrum Master
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Team-first, servant leader mentality
