Must have:
  • Lead client relationship management and consulting engagement delivery.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling client proposals.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Aviation, Travel & Hospitality industry trends.
  • Collaborate to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop and deliver clear client presentations, reports, and deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives for service enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Prior experience with consultancy firms.
  • Exposure to Aviation sector.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Aviation, Travel & Hospitality or related industries.
  • Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Lead the management of client relationships and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements that align with client objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling client proposals, leveraging industry insights and best practices to address client challenges.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiencies.
