The Associate Consultant will be responsible for validating analyses and reports to support task performance for presentation to key business stakeholders. They will ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings. This role involves validating Change Order Implementation Plans and Human Error Compliance, participating in Capacity planning, and performing value-added activities like mentoring and documentation. The consultant will also act as a liaison, facilitating communication and presentations, and ensuring on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets within the agreed SLA.
