This Associate Director role will oversee the Agrochemicals business, managing P&L, strategic growth, and market expansion. The position requires a visionary leader to navigate market dynamics, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve financial and strategic objectives, reporting directly to the founders.
Must have:
  • Oversee financial performance and ensure revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the domestic agrochemicals market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with R&D to align product offerings with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Onboard and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and drive things.
  • B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes from India.
  • Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.
Good to have:
  • MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.

Job Overview :

The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Agrochemicals business,spearheading P&L management, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve financial and strategic objectives. This role will directly report to the founders.

Requirements :

  • B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes from India; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes is a plus.
  • Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.
