As an Associate Director, Delivery at Nagarro, you will be responsible for managing IT projects from end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery. You will leverage your extensive experience in Agile development methodology, project management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration to drive efficient and impactful results. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Must have:

8+ years of experience managing IT projects
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience in handling large teams
Strong project management, consulting, and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have:

Understanding of agile metrics and processes
Experience in technology enabled business transformation

Qualifications

8+ years of extensive experience managing IT projects with end-to-end responsibility of project delivery
Experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodology with strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
Experience in handling large teams good understanding of technology enabled business transformation
Good background in project management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration skills
Good communications and stakeholder management skills
