We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director, Delivery who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role demands someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and drive projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for managing IT projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Experience with Agile methodologies and leading large teams is essential. You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are paramount.
Must have:
- 8+ years IT project management experience
- End-to-end project delivery responsibility
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong understanding of agile metrics
- Experience leading large teams
- Technology-enabled business transformation knowledge
- Project management, consulting, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications
- 8+ years of extensive experience managing IT projects with end-to-end responsibility of project delivery
- Experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodology with strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
- Experience in handling large teams good understanding of technology enabled business transformation
- Good background in project management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration skills
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
