Responsibilities include designing, balancing, and analyzing game features; collaborating with designers, product managers, artists, and engineers; communicating designs to stakeholders; creating and maintaining game documentation; and conducting playtests to gather feedback. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for casual games, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, narrative development abilities, and understanding of game production processes. Experience in casual game design and balancing is essential. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are required.

Role: Associate Game Designer
Position Summary

What’s required of you
Design, balance and analyze new and existing features
Collaborate with designers, product managers, artists and engineers to create a fun gaming experience
Communicate designs to key stakeholders
Create and maintain game documentation
Organize and conduct play tests to get feedback for new feature prototypes
What we are looking for
Understanding of casual games
Experience with game systems design and balancing for casual games
Passion for video games, including mobile games
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Storytelling and narrative development skills
Understanding of all processes involved in game production
Strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of teamwork
