About the Role

Socialpoint is excited to welcome an Associate General Manager to the Two Dots team! In this key leadership role, you will drive the strategic direction, business growth, and operational excellence of the game. You will be responsible for ensuring strong market positioning, commercial success, and a top-tier live service experience.

With a data-driven mindset and deep understanding of gaming trends, you will guide the game’s evolution—balancing innovation and pragmatism to maximize impact. You’ll take calculated risks, make bold decisions, and prioritize execution over perfection.

As a proven leader, you will inspire, mentor, and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive game performance, engagement, and monetization strategies while ensuring alignment with Socialpoint’s overall vision.

Key Responsibilities

Game & Business Leadership

  • Drive the commercial success of Two Dots, optimizing its free-to-play business model and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Define and execute the game’s strategy, working closely with product, design, marketing, and analytics teams to maximize player engagement and monetization.
  • Ensure market competitiveness by identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and adapting strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Optimize team structure and processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance, ensuring clear career growth opportunities for your team members.

Strategic Execution & Live Operations

  • Oversee the development and execution of bold, data-driven features and updates to maintain strong player engagement.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality live service experience, balancing player needs with business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders within Socialpoint, Zynga, and Take-Two to align strategies and leverage synergies across teams.
  • Communicate effectively with Socialpoint’s executive leadership, providing clear insights, updates, and recommendations.

Required Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the gaming industry.
  • Proven success in scaling and growing games, ideally within the casual gaming segment.
  • Strong marketing background, with expertise in user acquisition, retention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of game KPIs, live operations, and free-to-play business models.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both within the team and at an executive level.
