Job Description
- Experience with NetSuite, SFDC, and Avalara is preferred.
- Own the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering invoices to customers.
- Process credit memos accurately and in a timely manner and maintain proper levels of approval and documentation.
- Be the subject matter expert for customer record and sales transition details in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing.
- Support and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from external customers and internal cross-functional team members timely.
- Support the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales tax.
- Partner with the upstream teams to understand the root cause of customer billing issues and propose scalable solutions.
- Assist with audit requests and other ad-hoc projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30pm PST.
- Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
