Job Description

As an Associate in Identity & Access Management (IAM) at PwC, you'll be part of a team focused on securing access to systems and data. You will be involved in implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. Your responsibilities will include supporting provisioning, access reviews, and lifecycle processes in SailPoint, assisting in PAM configuration and monitoring (Delinea & CyberArk), helping troubleshoot access issues and IAM incidents, participating in integrations with AD, LDAP, EntraID and other systems or platforms, contributing documentation and audit support, and learning IAM/PAM concepts under senior guidance. This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to grow in cybersecurity.
Must have:
  • 0-2 years of experience or recent graduate/intern in IT/security.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and learning.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of IAM, AD/LDAP, SQL.

Role Overview: Join the IAM team to gain hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in cybersecurity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Support provisioning, access reviews, and lifecycle processes in SailPoint.

· Assist in PAM configuration and monitoring (Delinea & CyberArk).

· Help troubleshoot access issues and IAM incidents.

· Participate in integrations with AD, LDAP, EntraID and other systems or platforms.

· Contribute documentation and audit support.

· Learn IAM/PAM concepts under senior guidance.

Requirements:

· 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate/intern in IT/security.

· Basic knowledge of IAM, AD/LDAP, SQL is a plus.

· Strong interest in cybersecurity and learning.

· Excellent communication and attention to detail.

· Business Knowledge and Project Management Knowledge are a plus.

 

Educational Background:

· Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, or related IT field.

· Equivalent work experience is accepted.
