Job description & summary
For our Technology Consulting team, we are looking for an IT Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of business environments and mapping current processes in corporate lending and collateral management.
- Identifying key user requirements and areas for optimization across various departments.
- Collecting and structuring business requirements, along with documenting them and performing impact analysis on IT systems.
- Designing technical solutions and interface architecture, while orchestrating services and integrating them into the bank’s existing infrastructure.
- Supporting implementation efforts and coordinating data mapping and transformation between systems.
- Ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements, as well as internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with business sponsors, IT architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Preparing analytical documentation, use cases, data models, and integration scenarios.
- Leading workshops and meetings with third parties, while maintaining quality control of deliverables.
- Actively participating in agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements of the role
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT systems analysis within a banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and interface design (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to collateral (e.g., CRR, Basel III).
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (JIRA, Confluence is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex assignments independently.
- Fluency in Czech and English language
