This role is for an Associate Manager Product Development Engineer, responsible for leading a team of product development designers, collaborating with corporate design from ideation, and acting as a catalyst between design and manufacturing. The position supports the thorough product development process, ensuring company goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while also fostering employee development.
Must Have:
- Lead a team of product development designers

- Minimum Diploma in Fashion Design
- Minimum two years of managerial experience in fashion design
- Proficient in Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, 3D software (Freeform, Rhinos, Blender)
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership

5. Demonstrated leadership are required
