Job Description
As an Associate Principal Consultant - Product Owner, you will be responsible for engaging with the business team and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize requirements. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one domain and act as a liaison between Business, CX/UX, and Engineering teams to facilitate product development. You will have a deep understanding of data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts. You will participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features, and be responsible as the business lead and central subject matter expert.
Must Have:
- 9+ years of IT experience
- Advanced level of English communication skills
- Business needs understanding
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Prioritization of requirements
- Subject Matter Expertise in at least one domain
- Liaison between Business, CX/UX, and Engineering teams
- Understanding of data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts
- Program Increment Planning participation
- Epic & Feature writing and research
