- Experience in highly regulated industries

- Guide and coach Scrum Teams in applying Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives.
- Recognize team strengths and areas for improvement; provide coaching and development support.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Design partners to deliver solutions.
- Support team self-organization and cross-functional growth.
- Remove impediments and collaborate with other Scrum Leaders to increase effectiveness.
- Contribute to improving Agile practices across the organization.
- Apply PI management and planning as needed.
- Work with stakeholders to drive decision-making and support product success.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum and the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in backlog refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospectives.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving and planning capabilities.

In this role, you'll join the Digital Health team to extend agile expertise and deliver digital solutions to consumers, patients, and providers. You will play a key role in coaching Scrum Teams, driving agile practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Scrum Leader Responsibilities:
