Job Summary

This Technical Program Manager role is part of the Content Acceleration TPM team, driving development of world-class online learning solutions for K-12 teachers, students, and authors. As a TPM, you’ll act as a key connector between business needs and engineering delivery—leading agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, ensuring cross-team alignment, and supporting the release of new features and workflows. This is a 12-month remote contract with opportunities to influence high-impact EdTech products.

Must Have

  • Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating standups, planning, demos, and retrospectives
  • Translate customer and authoring needs into actionable requirements, stories, and test plans
  • Support production release activities, including documentation, release notes, and training materials
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to manage cross-team dependencies and ensure seamless delivery
  • Assist in defect triage, user acceptance testing, and process improvement to enhance the authoring experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager / Product Manager, ideally in K-12 EdTech
  • Strong background in content management systems and software development environments
  • Hands-on experience working with agile teams to deliver scalable digital products
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, SQL
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

What You’ll Do
