Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead challenging ServiceNow projects, ensuring they deliver measurable value to clients. You will work with your teams to implement modern, agile methodologies, successfully guiding projects to completion even in complex stakeholder environments. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to go-live, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality, and acting as the central point of contact for clients.

Must Have

  • Lead multiple complex ServiceNow projects from planning to go-live
  • Responsible for scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Central contact for clients; moderate project and Scrum meetings
  • Proactive risk, issue, and change management (RIDAC)
  • Create clear project and financial reports
  • Ensure agile working methods and coach team & Product Owner
  • Close collaboration with account teams and participation in proposals
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure strategic alignment and high customer satisfaction
  • Completed university degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as a (Senior) Project Manager
  • Successfully led ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Very good understanding of SDLC and experience with agile methods
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Pronounced consulting expertise and confident stakeholder management
  • Experience in leading global, multicultural teams

Good to Have

  • Project management or Agile certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO) are a plus

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you will lead demanding ServiceNow projects and ensure that they create measurable added value for our customers. Together with your teams, you will shape modern, agile working methods and successfully bring projects to their goal even in complex stakeholder environments.

Your tasks

Project Management

  • Leadership of several complex ServiceNow projects – from planning to go-live.
  • Responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Central contact person for customers; moderation of project and Scrum meetings.
  • Proactive risk, issue, and change management (RIDAC).
  • Creation of clear project and financial reports.
  • Ensuring agile working methods and coaching of Team & Product Owner.

Delivery & Account Management

  • Close cooperation with account teams and participation in proposals.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensuring strategic alignment and high customer satisfaction.

Further Development & Community

  • Continuous further development in project management, agility, and ServiceNow.
  • Active contribution to the optimization of our project management standards.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a (Senior) Project Manager.
  • Successfully led ServiceNow implementation projects.
