Social Domain Manager

As an interim/change manager, you will be responsible for a social domain team/department within a large municipality or government institution. You will manage/coach a team, implement changes in working methods, processes, or IT environments, and oversee the implementation of newly redesigned processes. Assignments and clients vary, but the focus is always on change management.

Must Have

• Completed university degree.
• Experience managing change assignments.
• Experience in leadership.
• Affinity with IT.
• Ability to translate process optimizations to IT adjustments.
• Agile/SCRUM and SAFe experience and certification.
• Proficiency in Dutch language (written and spoken).

Good to Have

• 10 years of experience within local or semi-government.
• Experience with WMO, Youth Care, or participation issues.

Job Description

Are you an (implementation) manager, program manager, or change manager within the social domain and do you have knowledge and experience with issues in the field of WMO, Youth Care, or the Participation Act? Then we would like to get in touch with you! As an interim/change manager, you will be responsible for a social domain team/department within a large municipality or government institution. You are responsible for managing/coaching a team, changing working methods, processes, or IT environments. Implementations of newly redesigned processes are also part of your tasks. The assignments and clients vary greatly, but you are always involved in 'Change Management'.

Job Requirements

• A completed university degree.
• Preferably 10 years of experience within local or semi-government.
• You have experience managing change assignments.
• You have experience in leadership.
• You preferably have experience with issues in the field of WMO, Youth Care, or participation.
• You have demonstrable affinity with IT and are conceptually able to translate process optimizations into IT adjustments.
• You have Agile/SCRUM and SAFe experience and certification.
• You are decisive and a self-starter, customer-oriented and cooperative.
• You are resourceful and possess organizational and administrative sensitivity.
• Of course, you are very proficient in the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
