Contract Manager Social Domain | Devoteam Public Consulting

As a Contract Manager Social Domain, you will carry out temporary assignments for our clients in the public sector. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing contracts with care providers within the social domain, such as the Wmo, Youth Act, and Participation Act departments. You ensure correct execution of contracts, evaluate agreements, manage financial and market changes, and maintain relationships with care providers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you identify opportunities and problems and contribute to the further development of policy and contract management. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, communicative, and experienced in the social domain.

Must Have

• Manage and optimize contracts with care providers within the social domain (Wmo, Youth Act, Participation Act)
• Ensure correct execution of contracts and evaluate agreements
• Manage financial and market changes
• Maintain relationships with care providers and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and problems and contribute to policy and contract management development
• Knowledge and experience with municipal and purchasing processes within the social domain (Wmo, youth care)
• Awareness of relevant developments in purchasing, tendering, and contract management/supplier management
• Work experience as a Contract Manager Social Domain
• Experience within the social domain (e.g., at a municipality or care provider)
• Ability to report concisely, understand and analyze data, financial insight, and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both oral and written
• HBO+/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level

Job Requirements

• You have knowledge of and experience with municipal and purchasing processes within the social domain (Wmo, youth care).
• You are aware of relevant developments in purchasing, tendering, and contract management/supplier management.
• You have work experience as a Contract Manager Social Domain.
• You have experience within the social domain, for example at a municipality or care provider.
• You can report concisely, understand and analyze data, have financial insight, and an eye for detail.
• CATS CM or NEVI contract management Social Domain certificate is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
• You have HBO+/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level.
