The Siri team is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the development of the next generation of Siri. The EPM will partner with engineering management to guide projects through the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Must Have

You should demonstrate high integrity, high energy, and feel comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. As an experienced project leader for various complex and at times highly ambiguous technical projects, you will need to build strong collaborative relationships within the organization as well as cross-functionally, and confidently and calmly manage any conflicts and challenges along the way. You will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery, driving your projects with a keen eye for important details and communicating clearly on status and risks. - BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Program Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, leading cross-functional software engineering teams in large organizations to deliver consumer or enterprise technology products. Candidates should be comfortable structuring new programs and leading multiple work streams independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs with thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes for complex software or machine learning models.
- Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and resolve conflicts within large, complex teams. Must demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a product mentality.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and the ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
