They are seeking a Project Manager for a part-time (100 hours/month) remote role, with potential for full-time, to work on a mobile puzzle game and a football manager game. The role involves managing a well-structured project, overseeing and coordinating the team, maintaining timelines, ensuring timely delivery, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, updating documentation, communicating progress to stakeholders, and optimizing workflows to enhance team efficiency.
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry
- Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to project changes
- Experience working with project documentation and reports (Google Docs, etc.)
- Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks in JIRA or similar project management tools
- Experience working with remote teams
- Fluent Russian
- English - Upper Intermediate or higher

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team working on two projects: a globally recognized mobile puzzle game and a football manager game.
This is a part-time role (100 hours/month) with the possibility to transition to full-time if there’s mutual interest and opportunity.
**What we’re looking for:**
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry.
- Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices.
