- Collaborate with HRSD product owner, development team, business users and ServiceNow support.
- Discuss, analyze and estimate requirements for projects and continual improvements.
- Lead design and developments of balanced solutions for ServiceNow HRSD module using Agile methodology.
- Provide support for technical issues/ bugs and fulfill service requests.
- Follow change control procedures for production deployment.
- Assist in testing efforts related to ServiceNow platform upgrade.
- Stay ahead of Aristocrat’s utilization of ServiceNow and changes to it due to upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to optimally perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration and support and 4+ years in solutioning of sophisticated requirements, workflows and automations.
- Overall 10-14 years of IT experience.
- Significant hands-on experience in HRSD applications (Case Management, Employee Relations, Employee Document Management) and Employee Center.
- Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving Glide APIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Pages, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Experience with providing functional and technical support to business with ServiceNow Support.
- Testing background with proven ability to analyze, address, and resolve issues
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
- Superior communication and partnership skills for effective collaboration with multi-functional teams and customers.
- Solid grasp of ITSM module.
- Experience defining and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodology.
- Skill in prioritizing and implementing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to cross-train team members.
- Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS - HR).
