What You'll Do

As Associate Games Producer you support the lead Creative Producer, Lead Designer and Lead Artist to create a realistic plan for delivering the game. You will assist the production and development team with building the highest quality of games - from concept to release. This individual needs to be passionate about planning, organizing, and championing our product vision and design! You’ll have a good grasp of the industry and all the disciplines that go into making a game. You draw on this and your organizational and people skills to solve problems and keep the project on track.

• Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements + communicate them across the studio and partners

• Anticipate risks & put plans of action in place to overcome them

• Sync up with the Creative Producer, Design Lead, and Art Lead on progress and momentum + follow up on and open Jira tasks

• Look for opportunities to improve and evolve our processes, methods, and practices

• Manage a specific area of product development tasks and support production by performing short-term tasks and objectives

• Support the design process to help ensure the features effectively support the product pillars and vision

• Influence the creation and oversight of project documentation, testing, and processes

• Provide input and support to all processes, methods, and tools that optimize team performance

• Develop and handle relationships with external partners

• Assist in the management, tracking, and approvals of game assets

• Working along with the Creative Producer to develop program concepts and ideas

• Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources

• Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop concept briefs, and suggesting improvements

• Documentation gathering for reviews, including items like team feedback and gameplay videos

• Creation and maintaining of game play documentation for use withing the games

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry

• Ability to collaborate in a global, diverse, and fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones, build consensus, and drive results

• Demonstrable experience in team-building and collaborative leadership

• Interest in/passion for gaming

• Creative and innovative in your thinking

• Excited by the prospect of trying things that are new/different or extraordinary

• Conscientious and considerate in your approach

• Can work effectively independently and in a team environment

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
