Job Description

The Associate Producer works closely with the Producer to manage live operations for NCA games. They will assist in managing the release schedule, major milestones, bug tracking, feature requests, gathering community feedback, and facilitating communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online gaming and experience in managing online communities. Responsibilities include guiding strategy, features, and monetization; creating release schedules; analyzing community feedback; updating and deploying storefronts; scheduling meetings and delegating tasks; collaborating with internal and external teams; and supporting new content and events.
Must have:
  • 2 years of production experience in the video game industry.
  • Deep knowledge of online gaming and the broader gaming market.
  • Familiarity with monetization of online, free-to-play games.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and attention to detail skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Job Details

The Associate Producer works directly with the Producer in support of managing live operations for NCA games. Assist in managing the release schedule and major milestones, bug tracking, feature requests, gathering community feedback and help facilitate communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online gaming and experience managing online communities.

 

[Responsibilities]

 

  • Work closely with the Producer to guide strategy, features, monetization, acquisition and retention for your product(s)
  • Assist in the creation and management of the release schedule
  • Analyze community feedback to propose or evaluate new features and ideas
  • Support the Producer with updating, testing and deploying the storefront
  • Schedule meetings, take detailed notes, delegate and follow up action items
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the highest live operations quality
  • Work with the community and marketing teams to support new content, events and promotions
  • Work with the support teams to establish customer service best practices and constantly improve the service quality
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to make sure critical issues are reported and` addressed in a timely manner
  • Work with other Producers to develop cross-product strategies and operational adjustments for live games
  • Support and work with other Producers in monetization design, competitor analysis, and best practices in development, analysis, and research
  • Other tasks assigned

 

[Qualifications]

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • At least 2 year of production experience, preferably in the video game industry·       
  • Deep knowledge of online gaming and the broader gaming market
  • Familiarity with the monetization of online, free-to-play games
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Highly self-motivated and accountable

 

Salary range
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
