creā-ture Studios Inc., a hybrid studio based in Montreal, Canada, is seeking an Associate Producer. This role involves supporting the development of unannounced PC and Console titles, leveraging leadership experience and a deep understanding of production and team management. The Associate Producer will ensure consistent delivery of sprint and milestone goals, foster a productive and creative environment, and contribute to team growth by identifying and onboarding new talent, championing a dynamic production culture.
Must have:
  • Assist Producers in tracking and managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple discipline specific teams
  • Coordinate with design, art, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues to senior production staff when needed
  • Maintain and update project documentation, task boards, dashboards, and production tools to keep accurate and current records
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure team goals are met
  • Help track asset creation, integration, and testing processes to maintain quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with localization, audio, porting and other external support teams to align schedules and dependencies
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment within the team
Good to have:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other game engines

We’re looking for an Associate Producer with leadership experience and a deep understanding of production and team management principles to support the development of our titles. Our ideal candidate thrives in supporting and leading cross-disciplinary teams and is comfortable managing development in close collaboration with senior leadership.

As the Associate Producer on our unannounced title, you’ll ensure consistent delivery of sprint and milestone goals, while helping shape a productive and creative environment. You’ll also play a key role in team growth, helping identify and onboard new talent while championing a fun and dynamic production culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Producers in tracking and managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple discipline specific teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in video game production, project coordination, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Understanding of game development pipelines and processes for art, design, engineering, and QA
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Passion for video games and knowledge of current industry trends
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an asset
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other game engines is a plus
