Associate, Treasury

The key accountabilities are, but not limited to:

Provide daily/weekly cash reporting to leadership team·
Provide monthly bank statements for closing.
Initiate or release payments, as needed
Documents preparation of cross border payment/collection and related SAFE reporting.
Maintain good communication with banks, agencies and other teams of Re:Sources to facilitate daily cash operations of agencies
Manage bank account operation, including account opening and closing per Group’s core bank policy.
Ensure all bank account records, certificates etc are valid and annual renewal/inspection are done on time
To collect and submit information relating to Treasury/bank matters in response to request by internal and external auditors
Bank account confirmation process
Assist with bank guarantee applications and management
Assist with hedging instruction preparation and follow up.
Reviews and analyzes bank fees
Other ad-hoc items as needed

BA/BS Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Treasury/Banking experience preferred
Experience with country’s foreign exchange controls/regulations
Strong communication skills
English language skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Willing to learn and adapt quickly under fast changing environment
