ATT Technician

The job involves the assembly and debugging of newly developed equipment, assisting in the maintenance of workshop equipment, and establishing and maintaining an inventory of equipment spare parts. The technician will also create maintenance schedules for new equipment and write operation manuals. They will cooperate with test runs and debugging before the new equipment is put into production, handle equipment failures that workshop technicians cannot solve, and train workshop technicians and operators. The role also includes completing tasks assigned by the supervisor accurately and promptly, and making timely suggestions to superiors. The main goal is to ensure the normal operation of the production line to meet or exceed the company's output and quality requirements, as well as maintaining the 5S of the equipment assembly area.

Must Have

• Assemble and debug new equipment.
• Assist in the maintenance of workshop equipment.
• Establish and maintain equipment spare parts inventory.
• Create equipment maintenance schedules.
• Write operation manuals.

• 培训车间技术员与操作员
• 准确及时完成主管安排的任务.
• 及时向上级提出合理化的建议.
• 确保生产线的正常运转以达到或超过公司产量和质量的要求.
• 设备组立区5S维护.
