The Audio and Media Technologies (AMT) group provides the audio, video, and graphics foundation across all of Apple's innovative products across iOS, watchOS, tvOS, visionOS, macOS, AirPods and Beats. The Audio QA team provides audio software quality engineering support across all of Apple’s products. We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive triage engineer to join our triage team as we field audio bugs from engineering, developers, and customers—truly, the whole world. In this role, you will interact with an extensive breadth of audio issues spanning across all of our hardware and software products, including accessories. Critical yet thoughtful thinking is your strong suit—you are able to identify and appreciate the nuances of our products and features as they relate to digital audio. Those who are adept at load balancing, working with an ever-changing community of users and devs, all while handling inevitable context shifts, will shine in this role. Those with a proven drive of using new technology to solve age-old problems are warmly encouraged to apply.
