Join our Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, where we ensure cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems meet rigorous performance standards across critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. We operate at the intersection of silicon development and system deployment, where rigorous validation determines the success of cutting-edge wireless technologies. • You will develop and execute comprehensive test methodologies for validating wireless and PHY system performance throughout silicon development and deployment cycles.
• Working closely with PHY, MAC, and RF design engineers, you will identify test requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide analysis to drive design improvements.
• You'll collaborate with system integration and test engineers to maintain validation infrastructure and ensure our wireless systems meet performance specifications across all critical parameters.

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, with emphasis on WiFi; cellular technologies experience is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++/C# for test automation and data analysis.

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Deep understanding of key performance indicators and signal impairments in RF and baseband domains.
• Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and wireless system testing in laboratory environments.
• Proven experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems, including test framework design and implementation.
• Experience with regulatory testing and certification processes, including emissions, spectral masks, band edge, and power compliance measurements.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
