The Valeo Power Division of the Group brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems, reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.
The Valeo Site based in Mondeville (14) is a Research & Development center and a production site. It brings together 200 employees around the design and manufacture of sensors (temperature, pressure, position) for electric and thermal vehicles.
As part of a recruitment plan, we are looking for automated line operators on permanent contracts (CDI) accepting all shifts (2x8, night, weekend).
Your challenges?
Operating and monitoring production on automated line(s) in complete safety and quality
- Ensure production on an automated line, while respecting safety, quality, and productivity standards, as well as the certification procedure for the position.
- Control and guarantee the proper functioning of your production line.
- Ensure and control machine and part parameters, manage/organize and carry out series changes under the responsibility of the supervisor, respecting established standards.
- Respect and enforce safety instructions (qualification, PPE, etc.) and implement immediate corrective actions in case of deviation (in collaboration with support teams).
- Accompany and train operators in respecting reaction standards and ensure, in particular, the use of the line QRQC.
Curative and preventive technical interventions
- Analyze a malfunction related to the automated system and report existing or potential problems detected.
- Perform maintenance actions falling under Level 1 and 2 ranges.
- Perform an initial breakdown diagnosis, resolve the defect autonomously, and alert competent services as soon as possible.
Continuous improvement and communication
- Be proactive and intervene in problem-solving methodology.
- Participate in progress and continuous improvement projects.
- React in case of deviation or malfunction (safety, quality, logistics, reliability): line stoppage, analysis, personnel replacement, alerting the organization, event reporting, etc.
- Alert maintenance teams or the supervisor whenever necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the installations within your scope.

- You ideally have a technical diploma related to the metallurgy industry: CQP / Bac / Bac+2.
- You use basic computer software.
