Job Description

Valeo is seeking a Techcare Technical Training Creator for its Valeo Service division in Cairo. This role involves developing and delivering technical training materials, including video tutorials and documentation (TSB/FI), for market promotion and e-learning platforms. The creator will collaborate with various internal teams and requires an automotive mechanics background, at least 3 years of experience as a trainer or content provider, and strong knowledge of new automotive technologies like EV/ADAS, diagnostics tools, video editing software, and LMS.

Must Have:

Create training materials and ensure timely delivery to be promoted in the market.
Create video tutorials and edit them to be offered in the market via Tech library.
Create other docs as TSB/FI to be integrated in Tech Packages.
Edit and post-product the video tutorials created to be added in tech Libraries.
Adapt other documents as TSB/FI to be shared with BU for the market.
Adapt all free content created to editable format to be used by BU.
Adapt training material created for Tech Academy + to e-learning formats.
Strong work collaboration with Business Manager for Tech Academy for new content.
Strong work collaboration with Cairo e-learning team.
Strong work collaboration with Warranty Teams.
Strong work collaboration with Marketing Teams.
Strong work collaboration with SCC and hotline centers.
Strong work collaboration with St Denis Tech Centre Team.
Automotive mechanics background.
Minimum 3 years as TRAINER or TECHNICAL TRAINING content provider.
High new technologies knowledge is mandatory: EV/ADAS new techno.
Hands-on practical experience in general vehicle maintenance, fixing, mounting and troubleshooting is mandatory.
Experience with DIAGNOSTICS TOOLS.
Video editor software.
LMS knowledge (scorms).
