The Sales Advisor (H&M Apparel Sales Staff) is responsible for providing the best customer experience to contribute to store sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you will always prioritize customers, provide support, and share product and fashion knowledge. You will create a comfortable shopping environment for customers through store operations and garment care.
Additionally, you will share your knowledge and skills with team members, help each other when needed, and build a positive work environment.

Employment contract period: Fixed-term labor contract (part-time)
Probationary period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during the probationary period are the same as after official employment)
Place of employment: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Sakuramachi store), or other stores as indicated.
(Scope of change) Sales and other duties determined by the company at the head office.
Working hours: Shift system (8 hours work, 60 minutes break) 2 days a week or more, 4 hours a day or more OK.
Details of overtime work: Prior approval from the store manager is required for overtime to ensure work-life balance.
Hourly wage: 1034 yen~
