Must Have:

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians.
  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure services meet BACB, state, and insurance compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
  • Lead regular team meetings, case reviews, and clinical trainings.
  • Support growth initiatives, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Uphold a culture of excellence, accountability, and ethical practice.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-certification experience in ABA therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower children with autism and related developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our clinical team and support our continued growth.

Position Overview

The Clinical Director/BCBA will oversee the clinical operations of the practice, provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services, and maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards.
